[POEM] Monsoon to Spring

Grey dark knights have filled the skies
Green will soon cover the red
The koels sing along with me
Where art thou when you said,

To bring me moon and stars,
That our love shall shine with a desirous sheen
Like doves, together we’ll fly above the Trent, you had said
Opposite directions, did you mean?

All your lies, I’ll bury and forget,
If you could love me the way I want,
I didn’t require the huge closet or the ring,
But just a reason to go beyond

The fights and arguments we’ve had.
But season is changing and it’s time for green,
You might regret but I must take a leave,
We wouldn’t be ever what we could have been.
